    Published by the Rowe Distributing Company, Norfolk vintage photo was taken by T. L. Rowe of the Confederate Monument that was located in the center of Court Street across from the Norfolk County Courthouse. Take note of the Hotel Monroe, The Famous, the Albany Restaurant and the Masonic Lodge on opposite side of the street as well as the Fire Call box on the corner. At the bottom left corner, where the people are sitting on the benches, you can see one of the"Cannons of Portsmouth" (Revolutionary War Era cannon), the card measures 3.5" x 5.5", no bends, tears or creases, see scans for details/condition.
