The monument is commonly known as the Grime's Battery Monument and has been moved from the original location to Portsmouth City Park. The card measures 3.5" x 5.5" and is postmarked July 18th, 1907 with the Jamestown Celebration cancellation in Portsmouth, there are no tears, bends or creases, see scans for details/condition.
